Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Stand tall, grounding through your feet. Visualize yourself like a tree drawing fresh energy from the earth.

Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Salute)

 Inhale, reach arms overhead, feeling expansion through the ribs.

Warm Up

Utkatasana (Chair Pose)

Build heat in the core and legs.

Utkatasana with a Twist

open the arms to the side,  twist to the right; return to center, bring the arms overhead, then twist to the left, open arms, repeat for 3 sets.  Engage your core as you rinse the spine.

 

Flow

 

Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

Take 5 deep breaths, lengthening the spine and inviting fresh energy.

Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)

Flow gently to lubricate the spine and activate the digestive system.

Marichyasana III (Sage Twist)

Seated twist to deeply wring out toxins and stagnant energy.
