Sound Bath

Pogo Saito is an experienced and intuitive sound bath practitioner, known for creating deeply immersive sound healing experiences that promote relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual awakening.
With a passion for energy work and holistic wellness, Pogo combines her understanding of sound frequencies with a diverse array of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to harmonize and balance the body’s energetic fields.
Her sessions are thoughtfully crafted to help individuals release tension, achieve mental clarity, and connect to their inner selves.
About Sound Baths
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various resonant instruments.
These sounds and vibrations are designed to entrain brainwaves to a relaxed state, easing stress and anxiety, promoting physical and emotional healing, and fostering a sense of harmony.
During a session, individuals typically lie down with eyes closed, allowing the gentle waves of sound to wash over them, guiding them into a state of deep rest and introspection.
Sound baths are especially powerful for those seeking balance, rejuvenation, and a heightened sense of mindfulness.

Walking In Nature
We will travel by vehicle to the beginning our walk and continue together at a gentle pace, leaving the retreat center’s quiet warmth and stepping onto the shaded trail that follows the creek.
Sunlight filters through tall firs and pines, their resin-scented breath mixing with cool, damp earth. The path curves beside the water—soft gurgles over stones and the occasional bird call create a natural rhythm to match our breath.
Along the banks, low bushes with the remnants of berries offer bright pops of color. Moss cushions the roots of trees, and lichens dust the trunks like pale embroidery.
We’ll move mindfully, letting the creek’s flow guide our attention inward: the feel of the ground underfoot, the scent of needles, the sound of wind through branches.
There will be moments for silent walking to deepen presence, and brief stops to stretch, breathe intentionally, or share a quiet reflection.
As we ascend small rises the canopy opens and closes, framing glimpses of sky and sun. We’ll end the walk in a sunlit clearing where we can sit together for a short grounding meditation—closing with gratitude for the creek, the trees, and the steady company of the group before returning renewed to the retreat space.

The serene environment enhances the experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural surroundings while restoring harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
